About Charmrealimagine
A Christchurch studio helping desk workers across Aotearoa build kinder pause habits — through digital content and team rollout support.
We are educators and facilitators — not doctors, physiotherapists, or counsellors.
Charmrealimagine operates from 181 Woodham Road, Avonside. We create timed micro-break sequences, printable cue cards, and rollout materials for organisations that want voluntary pause culture — without wellness theatre or compulsory tracking.
Our content is general in nature. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace advice from a registered health professional. If you have concerns about pain, vision, or stress, please speak with your GP or an appropriate clinician.

Released the Solo Desk Library and Team Rollout Kit for hybrid teams across the North and South Island.
